This section contains all the general conditions of sale applied for orders placed on the
pages of this site.
It is advisable to read the document in its entirety before placing an order on the site.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
This ecommerce procedure has the intention of promoting and offering a series of products
to the Internet public, in this case registration for courses/events and any gadgets promoted

FISAS APS is responsible for all the transactional and logistical management of purchases
from the site, being the sole executor of the order fulfillment practices acquired by users who
access the portal to place their orders.
It will be FISAS APS’s responsibility to verify the veracity of the data by contacting the User
during the order confirmation phase.
By accepting ALL the CONDITIONS reported in this document, the User will confirm the
order which will automatically be sent to FISAS APS.
At this point FISAS APS will examine the request, verify availability and possibly contact the
User. It will be FISAS APS’s responsibility to follow up with a confirmation via email
indicating acceptance of the order and the start of its fulfillment operations with the
specifications and methods chosen by the user, specifying at this time whether there are
other costs to be to communicate.
The acceptance by the User of any additional costs must take place before the shipment of
the goods; no other costs not previously communicated may be requested by FISAS APS.

The contract stipulated between the User and FISAS APS must be considered concluded
with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by FISAS APS. This acceptance is
considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the User in any way.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the User declares to have read all the
information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general
and payment conditions transcribed below.
Once the online order procedure has been completed, the User will print or save an
electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with
the provisions of the articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
Any right of the User to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as
any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or
things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
PURCHASE METHOD
The User can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog at the time the
order is placed and viewable online at www.fisasinternationalmeeting.org, as described in
the relevant information sheets.
It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be
perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in colors, dimensions, accessory
products and/or other characteristics present in the figure. All purchase support information
on the site is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the
actual characteristics of a single product.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by FISAS APS by means of a response via
email, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the User. The confirmation message will
contain the Date and Time of execution of the order and a “Customer Order Number”, to be
used in any further communication with FISAS APS. The message presents all the data
entered by the User who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any
corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
There are no limits relating to minimum orders unless otherwise specified by FISAS APS
during the order acquisition confirmation phase.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The purchase can be made with an online credit card, with a PayPal account on the Paypal
circuit or with an advance bank transfer.
Nothing more than what is indicated at the time of the order will be due by the User, and any
costs relating to cash on delivery rights will be indicated in the general conditions and
counted on the current order.
The prices displayed on the pages of the site are to be considered the final prices (VAT
included).

APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the User and FISAS APS is intended to be concluded in Italy
and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the
conclusion of this distance selling contract, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the
Court of the city in which the business responsible for delivering the order resides.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (articles 50
to 68) which regulates the matter of distance contracts, i.e. carried out outside commercial
premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to
return the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred.
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be
exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to any
professional activity carried out.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 10 working days of receipt
of the goods, a communication in which the intention to withdraw from the contract is
expressed. The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:
– lack of original packaging
– absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, feet, wheels, cushions etc.)
– damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you have made a purchase on our site and want to withdraw from the purchase, you will
have to follow this simple procedure:
• IN THE CASE OF REGISTRATION FOR COURSES/EVENTS:
1. Send APS to FISAS, within 10 working days of enrolling in the course, registered letter
with acknowledgment of receipt.
2. Anticipate email communication
3. You will be contacted by one of our staff who will respond to your request for cancellation
from the course/events.
FISAS APS reserves the right to charge any costs already incurred by deducting them from
the sums to be reimbursed. In some particular cases, a refund may not be available.

FISAS APS will proceed, by bank transfer, with the reimbursement of the cost of the goods
shipped and the first shipping costs within 14 working days following the return of the goods
and in any case not before receiving the goods.
• IN THE CASE OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
1. Send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to FISAS APS within 10 working
days of receiving the goods.
2. Anticipate email communication
3. Using a courier of your choice, arrange for the product to be shipped carefully packaged in
the original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals and everything
originally contained.
4. Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage and bear the related costs. If the
returned product has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in the event of
damage or loss occurring during transport, A.S.D. FISAS reserves the right to charge any
damages suffered by deducting them from the sums to be refunded.
5. Indicate the sender’s name on the packaging and send the product to the address
indicated below within the second working day following the notice of withdrawal.

FISAS APS will proceed, by bank transfer, with the reimbursement of the cost of the goods
shipped and the first shipping costs within 14 working days following the return of the goods
and in any case not before receiving the goods.
We therefore invite you to indicate your bank details on the withdrawal form when sending it
by registered mail.
